- Take 500 gr of Small brinjal.
- Prepare 10 of Red chilis (soak in 1tbsp vinegar).
- Get 1 tbs of Chili powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin powder.
- Use 1 tbs of Tamarind paste.

- Keep a pan, add oil, fry marinated brinjal, for 10min in medium flame. Now add the ground masala, salt and keep cook in low flame for another 10min (add water if necessary).
